• The file is meant to be printed double-sided so that the transliterated Sanksrit appears on the front and the corresponding English definition appears on the back.
• The file has been formatted to print on Avery business card paper (2" x 3-1/2" - 10 cards per sheet – Landscape) which is perforated so that individual cards can be detached easily.

• Abstaining from rice and other grains
• Limiting your intake to dairy products and fruits
• Eating only fruits
• Drinking only water
